April Projects Update

The grass is green, the trees are budding, and we think we've finally had the last snowfall for the season...we hope! Construction has been steady and will pick up even more now as the weather turns sunny. Here’s a look at some of the projects we’re currently working on:

In Design Development:

• A renovation and addition to Bible Baptist Church in Brookings.
• Jersey Mike’s Sub Shop – a new restaurant for Sioux Falls.
• A remodel for the new GreatLIFE in Harrisburg.
• A new Auto Spa Car Wash in Brookings.
• A new Equipment Storage Building at the Landfill

Finalizing Construction Documents:

• Electrical Distribution Upgrades for EROS.
• A new Lewis Pharmacy in Aberdeen.

Projects Under-Going Construction (or soon to be!):

• Music room renovations at John Harris Elementary School.
• Renovations to Taco Bell on West 12th Street in Sioux Falls.
• A new Holiday Inn Express in Bend, Oregon.
• A college dormitory for Sisseton Wahpeton College.
