Keller Williams Realty Office

In 2017, RSA teamed with Jans Corporation to provide design/build services for the Sioux Falls Keller Williams headquarters. The move allowed Keller Williams to offer one location to all of their current and future realtors working in the area. The new facility is 23,000 total square feet, 11,500 square feet per floor. The layout provides work areas and offices for over 120 realtors, along with a large training room and town square area for group meetings and continuing education. The exterior features a lower level patio with a second level deck for gatherings and events hosted by Keller Williams for their employees and clients.
